1. About Us

Nadra Beauty (formerly known as JCandy) is a beauty and aesthetics clinic offering treatments including but not limited to lash services, brow treatments, waxing, massage, semi-permanent makeup, and advanced aesthetic and skincare treatments. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Appointments & Bookings

  • All appointments must be booked in advance.

  • A booking fee or deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Appointments are subject to availability.

  • Nadra Beauty reserves the right to amend or cancel appointments where necessary

3. Consultations

  • Consultations are mandatory for all aesthetic and advanced skincare treatments, including but not limited to dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle injections, microneedling, radiofrequency treatments, chemical peels, fat-dissolving injections, and semi-permanent makeup.

  • Consultations are used to assess suitability, medical history, expectations, and potential risks.

  • Nadra Beauty reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

4. Patch Tests

  • Patch tests are recommnded for all lash treatments, including lash extensions, lash lifts, and tints.

  • Patch tests must be completed prior to treatment to check for allergic reactions.

  • Failure to attend a required patch test may result in treatment refusal without refund.

5. Recommended Waiting Period

  • Following a consultation and/or patch test, clients are strongly advised to wait a minimum of 24 hours before proceeding with treatment.

  • This waiting period allows time to monitor for adverse reactions and to consider the information provided during consultation.

6. Client Responsibility & Informed Consent

By proceeding with treatment, you confirm that:

  • You have provided accurate, complete, and honest information regarding your medical history, medications, allergies, and previous treatments.

  • You understand the nature, risks, benefits, and possible side effects of the treatment.

  • You accept that results may vary and are not guaranteed.

  • The decision to proceed with treatment — including choosing not to observe the recommended 24-hour waiting period — is entirely your own responsibility.

Nadra Beauty will not be held liable for adverse outcomes resulting from:

  • Undisclosed medical information

  • Failure to follow professional advice

  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions

7. Right to Refuse or Stop Treatment

 

Nadra Beauty reserves the right to:

-Refuse treatment

-Stop a treatment part-way through

-Decline to continue treatment in future

 

This may occur if:

-A client is deemed unsuitable

-Safety concerns arise

-Medical or behavioural concerns are identified

This decision is made in the interest of client safety and professional integrity.

 

8. Aftercare

 

-Aftercare advice will be provided verbally and/or in writing.

-Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions.

-Nadra Beauty cannot be held responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare guidance.

 

9. Results & Expectations

  • Individual results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, medical history, and adherence to aftercare.

  • Nadra Beauty does not guarantee specific results.

  • Photographs may be taken before and after treatment for record-keeping and clinical purposes, with consent.

 

10. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • A minimum of 4 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or full charge for the appointment.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

11. Payments & Refunds

  • All services must be paid for as agreed.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Refunds are not provided for completed treatments.

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference does not constitute grounds for a refund.

12. Medical Aesthetics Disclaimer

  • All aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks.
  • Results and longevity of treatments vary between individuals.
  • Nadra Beauty complies with professional standards but cannot eliminate all risks associated with aesthetic procedures.

13. Personal Belongings

 

Nadra Beauty is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought onto the premises.
