Bookings made through our website are processed using our secure booking partner, Fresha, for scheduling and deposit collection. Nadra Beauty & Aesthetic Clinic — Terms & Conditions.
A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us (via email or WhatsApp) and, where applicable, paid the required deposit. New clients booking injectable, SPMU, or other clinical treatments will be asked to complete a consultation and medical history form prior to or at the time of booking.
It is your responsibility to ensure all contact details provided at booking are accurate and up to date, so we can reach you regarding your appointment.
4. Deposits & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are collected securely via Fresha as part of the booking process on our website, or alternatively by bank transfer or in person at the Clinic prior to your appointment. Your appointment is not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.
Deposits are deducted from the final cost of your treatment on the day.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or a cancellation within the notice period set out in Section 5.
Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment once, provided the required notice in Section 5 is given.
The remaining balance is due in full on the day of treatment, before or immediately after your appointment, by cash, card, or bank transfer.
Course and package payments must be settled in full in advance unless an alternative instalment arrangement has been agreed with us in writing.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
We understand that plans change, and we ask for the same courtesy and notice you would expect from us.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid losing your deposit.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
A ‘no-show’ (failure to attend without any contact) will result in the loss of your deposit, and we reserve the right to require full pre-payment for any future bookings.
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in us declining future bookings.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment where a practitioner is unwell, where equipment failure occurs, or in other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where we cancel, you will be offered the next available appointment or a full refund of any deposit paid.
6.Late Arrivals
We hold appointment slots specifically for you, and lateness affects other clients booked after you:
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may not be able to be seen and may be treated as a no- show under Section 5.
Where time allows, we will do our best to accommodate a shortened treatment, but this is at the practitioner’s discretion.
Please allow time for parking and arrival, particularly for your first visit.
7. Consultations, Patch Tests & Medical History
Your safety is our priority. All clients undergoing injectable treatments, SPMU, RF
microneedling, polynucleotides, chemical peels, or any treatment we identify as requiring one, must complete a full consultation and medical history form before treatment can proceed:
You must disclose all relevant medical history, including current medications, allergies,
autoimmune conditions, blood disorders, history of cold sores or keloid scarring, recent dental work, and any previous adverse reactions to aesthetic treatments.
Failure to fully and honestly disclose relevant medical information may result in us being
unable to treat you, or may affect your eligibility for any remedial treatment or refund if a complication occurs.
Where a patch test is clinically required (for example, for certain pigments, lash/brow tints, or
specific products), this must be carried out a minimum of 24–48 hours before treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a required patch test has not been completed within the recommended window.
Consultation findings, including any photographs taken for clinical assessment, are kept as part of your confidential client record.
8. Informed Consent
Before any injectable, SPMU, or other invasive or semi-invasive treatment, you will be asked to read and sign a treatment-specific consent form. This confirms that you:
- Understand the nature of the treatment, the products being used, and the expected outcome
- Have had the opportunity to ask questions and have had them answered to your satisfaction
Understand the realistic risks, possible side effects, and potential complications associated with the treatment
- Confirm the medical history you have provided is accurate and complete
- Consent freely to the treatment proceeding
Consent can be withdrawn by you at any point before or during treatment. A cooling-off period will be offered between consultation and treatment for any client who wishes additional time to consider their decision, particularly for injectable treatments.
9. Age Restrictions
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive injectable treatments (anti-wrinkle, dermal filler,
polynucleotides, fat dissolving) and SPMU, in line with UK law (Botulinum Toxin and
Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021). Proof of age (valid photo ID) may be requested. Certain non-invasive treatments, such as facials or waxing, may be available to clients under 18 with written parental or guardian consent and, where appropriate, parental attendance. Please contact us in advance to discuss.
10. Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
We are unable to carry out anti-wrinkle injections, dermal filler, polynucleotide treatments, fat dissolving injections, chemical peels, or RF microneedling on clients who are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding, in line with current clinical guidance. You must inform us at consultation, and at every subsequent visit, if your pregnancy status changes.
11. Injectable Treatments — Specific Terms
11.1 Anti-Wrinkle Injections
Anti-wrinkle injections involve a prescription-only medicine. Treatment will only proceed following a valid prescription issued by an appropriately qualified prescriber, based on a face-to-face (or legally compliant remote) consultation. Results typically develop over 5–14 days, and a follow-up review is recommended at 2 weeks. Top-ups within the review window may be chargeable or complimentary at the practitioner’s discretion, based on clinical assessment.
11.2 Dermal Filler
Dermal filler results are visible immediately but may take up to 2 weeks to settle fully as swelling subsides. Asymmetry, lumps, bruising, and swelling are recognised, normal side effects in the immediate aftermath. You will be advised of warning signs that require urgent attention (such as signs of vascular occlusion) and given a 24-hour emergency contact number for the treating practitioner.
11.3 Polynucleotide Treatments
Polynucleotide treatments are typically delivered as a course (commonly 2–3 sessions) for optimal results. Results build cumulatively and are not guaranteed after a single session. Product-specific aftercare (for example, Fox Pharma/Vitaran guidance) will be provided in writing at the time of treatment and must be followed.
11.4 Fat Dissolving Injections
Fat dissolving injections require a course of treatment for visible results, with a recommended interval between sessions as advised by your practitioner. Swelling is an expected and significant part of the treatment process and should not be mistaken for lack of effect. All injectable treatments carry inherent risks including but not limited to bruising, swelling, asymmetry, infection, allergic reaction, and rarely, vascular complications. These risks are explained fully and in person at consultation and documented on your signed consent form.
12. Semi-Permanent Makeup (SPMU)
SPMU (brows, lips, liner) is a two-stage process: an initial treatment followed by a
perfecting/top-up session, typically 4–6 weeks later, which is included in your initial course
price unless stated otherwise. Healed results vary between individuals based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance.
- A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before your first SPMU appointment.
Pigment retention cannot be guaranteed and is affected by factors outside our control,
including skin type, sun exposure, smoking, and skincare products containing retinol or acids used post-treatment.
Annual or biennial colour boosts are recommended to maintain results and are charged separately at our current top-up rate.
Clients with active cold sores, certain skin conditions, blood-clotting disorders, or who are
pregnant/breastfeeding cannot be treated until the condition has resolved or the restriction no longer applies.
13. Facials, RF Microneedling, Skin Boosters & Peels
These treatments may cause temporary redness, sensitivity, tightness, or mild peeling,
particularly with chemical peels and RF microneedling. A course is often recommended for
optimal results, and individual response varies. Sun protection (SPF) following treatment is essential and will be advised by your practitioner — failure to follow sun-protection guidance may increase the risk of pigmentation changes and is outside our control.
14. Waxing, Lash & Brow Treatments
Please arrive with hair of suitable length for waxing (generally a minimum of 2–3mm) and avoid sun exposure, exfoliation, or retinol-based products on the treatment area in the 24–48 hours beforehand. For lash and brow tinting, a patch test is required for new clients atleast 24–48 hours prior to treatment, in line with insurance requirements.
15. Aftercare & Client Responsibilities
Verbal and written aftercare advice is provided following every treatment and must be
followed closely. Aftercare instructions are tailored to each treatment and are designed to
protect your results and minimise the risk of complications. We cannot be held responsible for results being affected, or for complications arising, where aftercare advice has not been followed. If you are ever unsure about your aftercare, please contact us — we would always rather you ask than guess.
16. Results, Expectations & No Guarantee
We are committed to delivering the best possible outcome for every client, using clinically appropriate techniques and products. However, aesthetic treatment results vary from person to person based on individual anatomy, skin type, healing response, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance. We do not and cannot guarantee a specific cosmetic outcome.
17. Adverse Reactions & Complications
If you experience any concerning symptoms following treatment, contact us immediately
using the emergency contact details provided at your appointment. For anti-wrinkle and filler treatments, you will be given direct contact details for the treating prescriber/ practitioner for use in the 24–48 hours following treatment.
In the rare event of a serious adverse reaction, you should seek emergency medical attention (call 999 or attend A&E) in addition to contacting us, particularly for symptoms such as sudden vision changes, severe pain disproportionate to the treatment, or skin discolouration suggestive of vascular compromise.
18. Complaints & Corrective Treatment
We take all client concerns seriously. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment or experience, please contact us within 14 days of your appointment at info@nadrabeauty.co.uk with details of your concern, including photographs where relevant.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to resolve it, or agree next steps, within 14 days.
Where appropriate, we may offer a complimentary review consultation, corrective treatment, or, at our discretion, a partial or full refund.
Complaints raised outside the 14-day window will still be considered but may be harder to assess retrospectively, particularly for time-sensitive healing processes such as SPMU or injectables.
19. Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable except where the Clinic cancels or is unable to fulfil the appointment (see Section 5). Treatment fees are generally non-refundable once a treatment has been carried out, given the bespoke and immediate nature of the service, except where:
The treatment was carried out negligently or not as described/agreed, or
There is a product fault outside our control and beyond what reasonable corrective treatment can resolve.
Refunds, where agreed, will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Course and package fees for sessions not yet used may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion, less any discount applied for purchasing as a course.
20. Gift Vouchers & Promotional Offers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated, and are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash.
Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with one another unless explicitly stated, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided.
21. Photography, Video & Marketing Consent
We routinely take clinical before-and-after photographs as part of your treatment record, for
consultation, treatment monitoring, and continuity-of-care purposes. This is standard
clinical practice and is separate from marketing use.
Separately, we may ask your permission to use photographs or video of your treatment/ results on our website and social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google, YouTube). This is always optional and requires your specific, separate consent, which you
may withdraw at any time by contacting us — we will remove any future use of your image, though we cannot guarantee removal from content already shared or reposted by third parties.
22. Clinic Conduct & Right to Refuse Treatment
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment, and to ask a client to leave the premises, in cases of abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other clients, or where a client appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
We also reserve the right to decline treatment where, in the clinical judgement of the practitioner, it is not safe or appropriate to proceed — this decision will always be explained to you, and any deposit paid for that appointment will be refunded in full.
23. Data Protection & Confidentiality
We take the privacy of your personal and medical information seriously and process it in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Your personal and medical information is used solely for the purposes of providing safe, appropriate treatment and for legitimate business administration (such as appointment reminders and aftercare follow-up).
Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or in a medical emergency.
Client records are stored securely and retained in line with standard clinical record-keeping guidance.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@nadrabeauty.co.uk.
24. Nadra Beauty Academy & Training Courses
Where you book onto a training course or work-experience placement with the Nadra Beauty Academy, separate course-specific terms, a training agreement, and (where applicable) a work-experience contract will apply in addition to these general Terms. These will be provided to you at the time of booking.
25. Liability
We carry appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance for all treatments offered. Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided, except in cases of negligence resulting in personal injury, where our liability is not excluded or limited in any way prohibited by law. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of earnings or enjoyment, arising from a treatment outcome, delay, or rescheduling, except where caused by our negligence.
26. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We will not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing treatment where this is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, illness, power or equipment failure, or government restrictions. Where possible, affected appointments will be rescheduled at the earliest opportunity.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, regulatory requirements, or business practices. The current version will always be available at www.nadrabeauty.co.uk and in Clinic. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
28. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
